Contract Funding

Contract funding is for businesses that do not produce their own products but rather contract out fulfillment to another company.  For example, you have a valid Purchase Order from ABC Company for 500 units @ $400.00/unit.  Your manufacturer needs $100,000.00 to produce and deliver to ABC by the required date.  Contract funding provides the money to have the product produced, insured and delivered to your customer.  This type of funding is available for domestic or foreign manufacturers.  There is greater investment risk, thus fees tend to be higher and advances lower than with AR funding.
